Materials
Our company uses the best materials from our suppliers, ranging from bearings to wires, insulation, coils, etc
Wire: New copper magnet wires, insulated with modified polyester resin and over-coated with polyamide.
Top Sticks (wedges) formed and shaped to side into the top of the stator slot to secure the coil in place.
Phase Paper: In a three-phase motor, the winding is made of groups of coils.
Insulating Varnish: After rewinding, the coil needs to be varnished and oven-baked to insulate the winding from contaminants, to make the winding rigid and tight and to dissipate heat. To obtain optimal efficiency, the windings carry a class F or H insulation rating.
Rural Electrification: BMEV engages in electrification of rural areas which directly involves high voltage network, transformer installation, earthling and underground cable work.

Also, plan reading interpretation, use of tapes, simple wiring diagram, conduit wiring in block wall, wiring, installation of fittings, joints and termination, installation of devices, earth work installation.
Industrial Wiring: This is a wiring of three-phase designed to create higher output to power high voltage equipment and multiple power systems. This kind of wiring is done in large factories, refineries and oil facilities that require special consideration in their electrical wiring which involve more of three-phase heavy duty machines, pumps, motors, transformers, compressors etc.
Vital Maintenance Documentation
Service report: To enable the company to pass detailed information on servicing activities observations to our clients, we complete a carefully designed comprehensive servicing report form after each category of servicing (as per equipment manufacturers’ maintenance schedule). A copy of this report is normally given to the equipment owner/customer for guidance and retention.
Equipment Maintenance History Cards: we also keep a maintenance history card for each item/equipment entrusted to us for maintenance. This record enables us to monitor the maintenance activities carried out on a particular machine as well as keep track of its maintenance cost. The history card remains the company’s property but any informatio9n about it can be made available to the equipment owner on request at no cost.
